Creativity Tip of the Week!
Sometimes we have trouble coming up with new ideas. I particularly find myself feeling this way when I have been cooped up inside for a long period of time.
TIP: Go outside and get some fresh air and take a walk. If there is some green space near you, like a park, go there. Being in nature, breathing in the fresh air, and letting yourself experience all that your senses can take in is a great way to both clear and open your mind! I often find that a little fresh air helps me come up with some fresh thinking!n
